"I gave this hotel five stars because of the view. The staff was pleasant, and the place was clean. The bar was good and the drinks were reasonably priced but the restaurant food was inedible. "This property is located in Meta - outside of Sorrento proper. You probably need a scooter or car to get to Sorrento. The staff was super helpful. Most spoke English which is a huge help to me as I know almost no Italian. We also rented a scooter from them even though we also had a rental car, as Sorrento and neighboring towns are HEAVILY congested and driving is a nightmare here. They did not rush you and took time for you to learn what you need to know. And the place was super clean.
