"Garaut Petit was perfect for our 3 night stay. Easy digital check-in when we arrived late, VERY clean, daily service of room, clean towels etc and mini fridge was much appreciated. All great for our purposes. Only negatives were small room- but i knew this and was given option to change. No kettle, which i didnt expect. I will definitely return though, as great location near beach."

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "

"The first room we were given was disgusting, we had cockroaches, dirty sheets and it smelled like chlorine and looked nothing like the pictures. After arguing twice we were given a much better room, however the sheets were still dirty and the previous person’s clothes were still in the bed."

"Can Guillo needs a bit of a modernization as everything looks quite old. To start with, there is no aircon in the rooms, they give you an electric fan that is very noisy which makes impossible to leave it on throughout the night and it gets really hot. The windows in the room are really small which means there is no air/proper ventilation. The fridge in the room is also very old, we had to unplug it due to the noise.
