"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. "Our stay was beyond great. It all started with the great welcome and support of the smiling Adeline. The room is overlooking Alcudia’s great beach. You need literally 4 steps and you will be at the beach. Waking up to sound of the waves was magical and the place itself is clean and has a nice vibe and all the team was very friendly.
