"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. "We enjoyed the lake view but not so much the fact that it is indeed a village and not a hotel and sometimes visitors might book a 2-night stay to celebrate and spoil the otherwise quiet surroundings."

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, it’s close to the train station and easy to walk everywhere. If I’m ever in Namur in the future I would stay there again"

"WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic."

"On site parking, friendly reception, clean throughout and everything was about as good as I would expect except the disappointing breakfast which was not worth the money- whith several things exhausted mid way tgrough the serving period and every thing cooked live used the same pan which raised allergy issues"
