It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast...

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."
