"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. "High-end country pub with excellent restaurant, the perfect weekend get away slot. Lovely staff, good service and near to a real-life castle. Although I recommend avoiding the room with a bathroom upstairs - cool initially but ultimately annoying in the middle of the night."

The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break.
