"Conveniently located close to lots of amenities that New York City can offer. Very down to earth, polite, flexible and professional staff. Breakfast provided helps a lot to start the day quick! "

"We chose the Westin Time Square next of its proximity to the subway lines and the brand name. Westin’s are synonymous with relaxation, quietness, and comfort. The only complaint we have is that we had construction work being done in the room above us. Drilling, hammering etc from 8-5 which was difficult when we were trying to take a nap to prepare for the evening activities."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice even though it was winter. The only problem was that my key card kept malfunctioning. It was only good for one use and then I’d have to go to the front desk for a new one. I didn’t put it near anything magnetic so I’m not sure why that kept happening. Either way, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the subway and a few deli's and was a great stay for the price. "

"This was a really great property, single room was spacious. The only thing is that the TV's audio did not work. One last thing, if this is your first time in NY be ready for the loudness of the streets. You'll be hearing sirens nonstop until 12am. Recommend bringing or purchasing ear plugs. Otherwise, definitely recommend the Empire Hotel and would gladly stay again."

"What an unusually perfect hotel for Manhattan. It's clean, classy, calm, family friendly, and next to all the stuff you love about New York, from Italian joints on 9th Ave to Broadway theaters around the corner. I've stayed there multiple times now and it's better each time. "
