"Perfect for my one-night stay, Marco was a Mine of Information, where to go, eat & relax! Was only expecting Continental Breakfast but the freshly cooked bacon & scrambled eggs were excellent! Recommended!"

"Great experience overall. However, the mosquitoes were an issue, and you needed to have the windows open because it would be too hot otherwise. AC was not allowed during the October month. Otherwise, in a great location. "

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."

"Hi the hotel was clean . Room was nice beds were comfy . The only thing is it was far from venice about a hour bus and train ride. And the buses and trains are far apart so if you miss one your waiting for a hour to get another"

"It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"
