"Perfect hotel for a short stay (we stayed 3 nights) - pretty basic but great value for money, quiet, good location close to a supermarket and not far from the bus stop in to town. The only think we went keen on was the shower area was VERY slippery and could have done with a slip mat. "

"This was a short overnight stay. The property was on the edge of the Old Town and within walking distance of the train station. It was small but clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area. The instructions to get in were clear and easy."

"Great place to stay a few days, very close to beach. Many eateries in close vicinity, also a few small supermarkets. Great walks along the beach front in both directions. Also quite a steep walk back into town centre. Room we had was fab, great balcony, very comfy beds, fab shower. Area around is very touristy, there are also local buses. 15 minutes walk to train station. Which can get Yiu to airport in 10 minutes. Very cheap dependable transport. 35 minutes to Málaga. "The Hotel Casabermeja is an excellent place to overnight en route from or to Malaga. It is a good example of a traditional Spanish travellers' stopping place. We arrived at 22.55 and, even though the kitchens close at 23.00, they stayed on and gave us an excellent supper. "The room is small but comfortable for one-maybe two. The shower is small and for a person bigger than my 5’10” 200 lb self I think that would be very uncomfortable. But the service and people were great. The guy working checked in on me via WhatsApp when I didn’t arrive when I said I was going to. "
