"The staff truly make this place wonderful. Excellent customer service that’s friendly and inviting. The late night receptionists are top tier and the housekeeping & kitchen staff will go above and beyond for patrons. The only complaint I have is about the lack of microwaves in the rooms. That was super inconvenient. The staff definitely make up for this though. "

"We stopped in Augusta for the night with our Dog and cat on our way to Gatlinburg. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and price was Vera competitive with surrounding hotels. "
