The unique thing about the property is the roaches that are in the room. I went to iron a pair of pants for a meeting I have this morning and I'm nowhere I started ironing over roaches. Ruined the pants.

Staff is very friendly. Area around the motel is very commercialized, and it's a little seedy. We didn't have any issues and didn't bring any attention to ourselves.

Nothing did not rest well. No iron or ironing board in room. Saw on amenities. Also location for tissue box no tissue paper. Also left early because I was not happy. I left one night early we were only there because nothing else was available because of Hurricane Dorain. I checked out early was not given receipt at checkout. Told to talk to Expedia. Left one night early. I did check rules found could not get refund. Very sorry.

I know that it was MASTES TIME when I was at MASTERS INN. However over 200 EUR a night for a below average motel room is hard to bear, especially since basically apart from some muffins and bananas as well as coffee and water there was no real breakfast. At least this presentation of some cookies and vegetables should not be called breakfast. Advantage is the very nice attitude of the staff including the owner . Almost everything which was asked was given. Also advantageous is the location as it is only a very short way -10 minutes by car of 35 minutes by walk away from the MASTERS.

Sheets were clean, sink and tub were clean, room was semi clean. Would rate it a 2 star hotel. Continental breakfast was okay. Not all that nice but for 1 night doable.

With a name like Masters Inn, and being in Augusta, Georgia, I was expecting something other than what we got. The first room had bugs in the fridge and the toilet leaked at the seal and there was a cigarette burn in the bedspread, even though the room was a no smoking room. I asked for another room, which was a little nicer, at least no bugs. I found it funny that being a no smoking room, there was an ashtray on the table. The air conditioner did not work well and the bed, omg, how old are those mattresses? It was supposed to be a queen and I can tell you, it was not. It was more like a full, which yes, there is a big difference. The mattress also hung over the box spring about 4 inches on both sides, so you felt like you were sloping off the bed. I was constantly hugging the edge of the bed to make sure I didn't get kneed in my back because the bed was so small. I do have to give the staff kudos! They were so nice and understanding being that we had to evacuate because of the hurricane in our home state of SC. I had originally booked it for 3 nights, but they let us pay for additional nights as we needed them. We were supposed to go home on friday, but ended up staying through Sunday night and travelled home on Monday. Eve, who was the young woman who did our room was very sweet. She made sure we had what we needed. The only other downfall was the free "breakfast" stale donut, lousy coffee and ugg, powdered creamer, yuck!
