"We love the staff! They make every effort to make customers happy. We didnt care for the room because it was warm and there is no air conditioning but they showed us another room that we could stay in for the night until the next day where they could find us another room that might be more airy and cool. The breadast is wonderful with alot of choices and the staff there are very attentive. The lobby and rooms are more modern and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Main hotel is great but rooms are basic. Location is not good. Not in Seville centre. Hotel is beside a highway so you can’t walk to centre. Cost £30 in taxi’s to and from Seville each day . Hotel has a shuttle bus to metro station but only takes seven passengers so always full. "

"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The location was perfect in the centre from multiple points of interest.. lots of shopping and dining options around, the staff were great and the hotel was clean. Now about the bathroom first the sink is across the room so you have to leave to use it.
