"The staff were great, very friendly, and helpful to a fault! We had just one problem, and that was to do with the shower not working properly, but apparently, they had just had contractors in to fix it, and we were the ones to let them know that it didn't work. But they were very concerned. I do like this hotel. I definitely recommend it to others."

"This hotel is an old class luxury hotel with a great location. The only issue they have is the touch on/off system to activate the water in the bathroom shower and bathtub. It's really a hassle and I had to call the reception to have someone sent up to turn it on and off as all my multiple trials did not work. This should be a simple, easy to operate fixture not a frustrating situation. "
