"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. "I had to extend my stay an extra day due to the industrial strikes on airports but the hotel where able to keep me in the same room so minimal moving around. Room was comfortable though a little small and breakfast was very good. Staff were also very nice and helpful to. I will say however one issue I had was if I needed any amenities, despite using the app no one brought them or alerted me if I need to collect them or not. "Enjoyed our stay! Quick check-in and room was clean, bed was comfortable. Opted for the buffet breakfast and enjoyed our meals. Spent time in the pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing. That was lovely. Hotel is walking distance to shopping, and main attractions. We walked to the farmers market at the main square. Restaurants and cafes near by. Easy transit or Uber to other attractions. We enjoyed our time in Frankfurt! We would stay here again! "

"Very basic rooms, but a good value especially if you are a solo traveler. Great location! Very walkable to all shopping in downtown Frankfurt and the Hauptwache train station. The main downfall was two of their 3 elevators were out of service during my stay. This made for long waits for the one remaining elevator."
