"The hotel is conveniently located from the major attractions and the central train station. The hotel is extremely quiet but there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The service is excellent. They help you with everything and even after we checked out, Marco prepared coffee for us. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It’s a clean room with a good bed and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. It is very close to bus, tram, and metro lines to get around Milan and the proximity to Linate Aeroporto is very convenient. It’s basic but it’s a good option for solo travelers who want more privacy than a hostel or travelers who have an early flight out of Linate. "

"Hotel reminds me from the 90s,no elevator,old bed, every time you moved the metal frame created a noise,wooden walls, you can hear the alarm from the next room,wooden floors you can hear all the footsteps ,there are two peices of mattresses separated to each other, limited to 2 pillows, towels to be changed after 3days , no star rated for this hotel, overpriced for $150, no bfast, I recommend the hotel regio in Rome, it’s cheaper than Hotel Nettuno but you gonna experience the real hotel vibes,...

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "
