"Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities. Nightly entertainment could be improved with more shows. We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. "Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. "

"The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
