"Very well located, with many dinning options around, a Big C shopping mall just outside, and 10min walk from Ekamai BTS station The hotel is also located on the "right" side of the city, making a trip to/from Airport less than 30min jam-free The rooms are very spacious and the staff is very friendly This is the 2nd time I stayed there, and it will be my Bangkok hotel by default"

" staff at reception is unexpected, the politeness while approach the guests to check total number of guests staying in same room or not was not so nice and proper way to ask. However the other female staff in the other shifts was nice "

However, the hostel advertised on Hotels.com is not what we found when we arrived...The hostel staff were rude and check in took a long time. They couldn’t work the card reader, nor did they have change and the receptionist was ether doing her make up or watching YouTube as opposed to being helpful. "We booked Nego Home, but the owners actually transferred us over a few blocks to the Nego Home Ancient Hotel, which we LOVED. Located in the trendy neighborhood Ekkamai, Nego Home Ancient Hotel is a wonderful, charismatic and quaint hotel. It's quirky and magical. Owned by Jeff and Angie who take excellent care of their guests and have great staff members. There is home-cooked breakfast every morning as well. Highly recommend!"
