"The guesthouse was amazing. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice, special shoutout to D who took great care in getting to know the guests and made sure everyone had a good time. Checkin was also seamless with instructions provided before via mail and a guide at the front door. I highly recommend this place to stay and get comfortable in Hongdae!"

"The property is great value for the price. The area is quiet. The rooms are big enough for one person and clean. The check-in process was contactless and seamless. "Stayed here for 8 consecutive days and the experience is perfect. Best place for solo travelers and friends to stay at given the price. Towels, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel are provided. "I got there by 9pm and all the doors were locked - the checkin supposed to be until 10pm. Luckily my Korean friend could call them and ask for help (I have to phone access here, only Internet). Them took us to another place a few blocks away - better location but to door keys or lockers (I had my work laptop with me..I just can't leave it sitting around). My bed was full of hair..I had to use my own towel to cover the pillow. Worst part: there are only two bathrooms to be shared between all...

"Probably all the "guesthouses" in this district are overpriced and low quality like this one. Bed sheets were not fresh and there was no covering for mattresses. Bathroom was clean. A/C in common area (kitchenette) was nonoperational. Curtain frame fell off in the middle of night. It's an acceptable place to stay but you can find many other regular hotels in other areas that are better than this with similar price."
