We arrived very early (6am) on the day of check-in with the expectation of storing our bags until later in the day, but they let us into the room immediately and even let us enjoy a breakfast. Great location close to the Plaza De Armas and tonnes of restaurants, bars and stores. Our room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast both mornings was great and the staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Very central position so you can walk everywhere. Great view from breakfast balcony. Nice staff. Stayed twice and brilliant second room. First was a bit small and low ceiling. Offer of free collection from the airport did not materialise but adequate compensation😊"

"Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy...
