We had to wait more than one hour to finally find the owner to let us in by giving us a code to enter. 3.Owner claimed that she is sick and can’t go to her hotel!!!!! Amazing!!! Isn’t it!!! 4. "Arrivé à l’hôtel, il étais désert, totalement vide! La piscine est verte impossible de pensé s’y baigné nous avons attendu plus d’une heure qu’une personne se pointe mais rien. J’ai donc fini par contacter l’agence avec qui j’ai réservé il m’ont annulé la réservation en me garantissant un remboursement mais l’hôtel s’y oppose donc je ne suis pas remboursé ! Totalement inadmissible, et d’un irrespect totale ! Je déconseille c’est du vol !!! "
