"Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff is ver welcoming and they know how to satisfy their guests. Rooms may need little upgrades but nothing serious. Breakfast was great - we really enjoedy every single details. We would love to stay here again. "

"A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda. "

"The Despot Evi in Cunda is an astoundingly beautiful facility. The reconstruction has brought the rich history to life in a sexy manner. And the staff is top notch. But the 1 problem I had which was significant is that there is a Mosque adjacent to the hotel property. So 5 times a day a very loud message is blasted out for you to pray. Very loud. Very oppressive."

"The rooms are newly renovated, pretty and clean. There is a country chic look with a nice distressed furniture look that gives the room nice lines. The staff although knowing limited English were helpful. The bathrooms are glass enclosed so anyone in the room can see fully into the bathroom which for me wasn’t an issue because I was traveling alone but if you are traveling with anyone other than a life partner it would be odd not to have toilet privacy. "Full of character this charming stone house B&B made for a wonderful 3 day stay. The breakfasts are plentiful and good.The host could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
