"AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

"nice location and plenty of food places around for evening meal, also a nice Carrefour a few minutes walk away. breakfast was fine apart from the single coffee machine being broken so hot drinks with breakfast was a No. overall some paint and tidy up the outside a bit as not as inviting as could be but the rooms etc all good."

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."

For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them. "Self checking instructions were very clear. It would have been helpful to include information about the nearest metro stop so we wouldn’t have had to take a taxi when we first arrived, The apartment was nice with everything we needed. We felt safe. We loved the neighborhood; it had many shops with French, Algerian, Tunisian, Sri Lankan and other cuisines and products, There is a train station about 2 or 3 blocks away. We had a difficult time getting through to talk to a real person when an issue...
