The staff are grumpy and unhelpful and the sister hotel the Campanille, we had a power cut, they let you have a brew only on weekday mornings because "we aren't open on the weekend" despite me actually staying in the hotel. "Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"On the Hotels.com website it says that you can’t check after 9pm which was a problem for us since our flight got delayed till 11pm. I was worried and called many times but no one answered.
