"Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "

"24hr front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff displayed excellent service quality and professionalism. Initially planned to only stay for 2 nights with breakfast.
