"Excellent boutique style hotel in centre of Florence - it could not be more convenient. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. We had a great 4 nights stay."

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"The room was rather charming but a little less than clean. The fellow who met us was quite nice. On the downside they didn’t restock the coffee and some things were either broken or not working. Also beware of overcharging at the restaurant beside the rooms. "

"The hotel is great! My nephew and I arrived early and luckily we were able to check in. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and polite. So was the young gentleman at the desk and the breakfast staff. However, the blond lady was extremely rude when my nephew came down the stairwell laughing loudly and running. When she approached us, I apologized for the incident. I then asked her about the laundry and she said I should bring down o the day after. I went back to my room to bring back...

"My second time staying at this property. Rooms are spacious, close to plenty if dining, shopping and tourists attractions. Roof top lounge, and in the summer it even has a pool over looking the Duomo. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Train right outside that takes you to the SMN train station and the airport. Hight recommend, especially if you have children."

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
