"I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it. "Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"This Bella hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is beautiful. We overlooked a garden with a flowering dogwood tree and a view of the city. The people at the front desk were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We would’ve paid twice as much for this room. We were so fortunate to have such a beautiful room and such a nice place to visit sienna it’s just steps from the Duomo and all of the other areas. Don’t miss it. "
