"There isn’t real address, had to find it by following a taxi cab. Front desk lady didn’t speak English and their card machine didn’t work, even tried several credit cards. At this point, I tried to cancel and front desk lady said no, that I had to pay, No bank available within a reasonable distance. There were prostitutes just outside the hotel. "

"The staff we dealt with were hit and miss. The person who helped us to check in was kind of rude, but everyone else were nice. But be warned, the hotel will preauthorise payment for your stay, without asking you. And it will take 1 month for the money to be returned (as per hotel staff). "I wouldn’t even know where to begin but I’ll condense it to 3 main points. 1) First of all, there are repair works all around the place so it was very hard to even spot where the entrance door was. This may be overlooked as a minor issue but it would’ve been courteous for them to let us know especially as I spoke to the reception staff a day before getting there.
