"We had such an amazing stay! We were in room 10, which has a perfect view of lake como. The rooms are simple but they have everything you could need. The walk to the property from the main bus stop in Cernobbio is no joke with a suitcase. It is a hard walk but it is so worth it! Or maybe worth getting a taxi from town! The restaurant downstairs is incredible! The food and service was perfect. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. "

"Me sorprendió positivamente este hotel. El hotel es muy pequeño y también sus cuartos. Sin embargo se ve que pensaron la funcionalidad y la distribución de las cosas muy muy bien. "this is a humble hotel, no mini-fridge, no microwave, and no breakfast. The desk clerk was vaping while she was sitting there. Not a lot of dining options nearby. Park across the street is quite unkempt, but I felt safe walking to the metro."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "
