"I had a great stay at The Parkgate Hotel! The property itself was really cool (the architecture, general vibe, etc.) and the continental breakfast was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. In addition, the surrounding area was really convenient for sightseeing and walking through downtown Cardiff."

"Had a great stay here that started with the warmest welcome ever from Joey and Sarah. Both went above and beyond within 5 minutes of our arrival; we were able to check-in a bit early, and I thought I had left my credit cards at a nearby pub and Sarah was on the phone immediately to help me retrieve them. Room was clean and lovely. Location was great for our stay and will definitely return."

"The Cardiff Marriott hotel is a lovely hotel in a great position and with a secure car park. It also has an onsite restaurant, which served a delicious breakfast. However, the price of the drinks shocked us as we were charged £14 for one glass of white wine! The room was good although exceptionally warm with a very loud fan, which we couldn’t leave on during the night due to the noise from it. We could also have done with some more shelves to put clothes, toiletries, etc on. And final slight...

"Really enjoyed the stay and staff were very friendly, if I had to really stretch to say anything bad would been the parking is charged however tbh, the spa is including so levels out. Wish I booked a room with a view as we could just see the side of the property and a wall. But overall, will definitely stay again! "
