"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Astounding views in luxurious rooms with in room jacuzzis. Restaurant a bit precious / pretentious and could offer more vegetarian friendly offerings. Staff very helpful and eager to please."
