"Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...

"Very good attentive staff. Hotel rooms were "ok". Bathroom set up for more elderly guests which was not great. Decor is very dated and could do with a complete renovation. Location is superb though. Right on the lake and a 20 minute walk to either Garda or Bardolino for a massive choice of restaurants. Food in the hotel not great. On a rainy night we decided to try their "Special Dinner" A total rip off at 45 euros a head for a buffet which was average at best. Dessert was a choice of...

"We have been driving all over Europe for 4 weeks and this is one of the Best places we have stayed. Clean great staff n the hotel is like an art museum. I did not use any of the pools but they are beautiful and heated. The restaurant is incredible ! Breakfast as well. The area is gorgeous. I would stay here whenever I could and Highly recommend it!!!!!"
