"We had a great stay, quite sad that it was only a one-night stop over! We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time in the hope to leave our luggage and go for a wander. Instead the kind man behind the desk arranged for us to be in a different room so that we could check-in early. The room itself was perfect, exceptionally clean. "A great location, opposite the zoo and a good shopping street,and 15 minutes walk from the townhall square, only 2 minutes round the corner from another Chic and Basic property used for check in and b'fast, tea, coffee, and drinks. The room was indeed chic and basic, with nice high ceilings of an older property. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom adequate, with good hot water. Minor mentions (NOT moans): I'd have preferred a shelf in the shower to avoid needing to bend down for soap etc....

"It‘s a very chill hostel with a little kitchen and chill area. Friendly Staff and it’s quite calm and clean. They also offer lockers where you can put all your personal belongings. I‘d recommend doing so because sadly some money was stolen from my luggage when I left it unsupervised for 15 minutes. But that was my mistake. All in all, I can recommend this hostel. "
