"Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. "Everything about the stay was great. Communicated with the host months in advance. Received many recommendations for the stay including services for a large group. Great welcome packet. Had a few minor issues with equipment at the Villa which were fixed quickly. The Villa grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Host was also very understanding of some of our group difficulties including different arrival times for check in. "

"We had a nice stay at Jacques property the location is beautiful and the pool is also very nice. The location is so beautiful and the you get an amazing view of the beach and the town is very close as well. We loved Sant pol de mar and definitely want to visit again. We got a lot of privacy at the pool which was nice and we were in a corner so it was super great Only complaint was the overall cleanliness was not up to par. There was quite a bit of checkout responsibilities as well"
