"This is a understated, stylish hotel that is very relaxed and friendly. The rooms were a good size with tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board and safe. King sized bed was very comfortable. Very good location but parking is a multi-storey along the street. I’m not that fussy, but I did think breakfast was disappointing … tried all the (limited) options during my stay but most were overlooked or dry. There’s plenty of better options near by which I’ll choose for my next stay there."

"Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it."

Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "

"The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"

"Location was fabulous. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. We had trouble locating the parking lot affiliated with this property, but eventually figured it out. We also had trouble with the entry process. Both could be better laid out for newcomers. Overall though our experience was good."
