"Area very walk-able and safe, hotel staff were super helpful and welcoming. Only qualm was the dated fixtures in the room, the bathroom doorknob fell off when I touched it and the carpet/doors were pretty aged. Otherwise, lovely."

"Our stay was great! Very specious room for Paris. We had beautiful views from our windows and the bathroom was huge! Only thing was that the AC did not work so the nights were quite hot even with the windows open. Also had to pay for water everyday:( other than that, great location and staff was very helpful with check in! "

"This is my second time staying at Hotel Pastel and I absolutely love it! The decor is so beautiful, and the staff are very polite. I even got an upgrade this time to a beautiful junior suite, which was amazing because it was my birthday trip. I love that there’s so many cute restaurants around and Trocadéro is not that far within walking distance. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I come to Paris."
