"Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. "Great little hotel in the centre of the Old Town right on the square. A little noisy at night on the weekends as people exit bars, but that’s to be expected. There was a lot of street construction going on all over Old Town unfortunately, but it was fine. The private living room type lounge was really nice to have to pop in for a coffee or a drink, and the breakfast room was lovely. Beautiful breakfast each day and the staff was so lovely!"
