"My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

"My husband was being seen at Mayo Clinic this past week. This place is walking distance (if you are able) to walk to and from the main hospital (Mayo & Gonda). It made our stay easier knowing how close our place was. The staff was really quick to respond if/when we had questions or needed something. Will be staying here again! "

"We had stayed at this property a couple years ago and this stay was just as great as the first. We had family ages 6-70 and everyone really enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space to be together but enough rooms to have some space too. Everyone enjoyed the games and pool room."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The open, expansive view of the river was exactly what I needed as a break. Some great decisions were made about furnishings, like the table in the sunroom and the one on the deck. The double glass windows do a lot to muffle the train noise. We've stayed along these tracks before and this was definitely the quietest. Everything was clean and in excellent working order EXCEPT the bathtub/shower drain. It really breaks up the ambiance to have to stand in...

"The house is very nice, having been remodeled and tastefully decorated. The owners have done an excellent job, and have a great eye for detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the house very clean. Communication was great, The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to hospitals and downtown Rochester. We come to Rochester a couple of times a year and will definitely look at renting agin on a future visit. "
