"We booked this trip last minute to celebrate our engagement. Being winter in Ohio, the weather conditions were unfavorable. Drew reached out to make sure I knew 4-wheel drive was a must to get up the driveway and offered to switch our weekend to another open weekend if we didnt want to travel during the bad weather. He made sure the drive was as clear as possible before our arrival and to let him know if we had any issues. The driveway is steep and can be icy in spots but if you take your time and have 4 wheel drive youll be fine. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were some dead bugs around but I feel like thats to be expected because youre in the middle of the woods. Would definitely stay again! We had a great time celebrating. "

"We had a great time at the lodge! It was very cold, so we played board games and watched movies. The setup is great for both, very clean and laid out well.The porch and location on the river would be amazing in the summer time! Make sure to bring drinking water if you don't like the taste of well water, there is an RO system as well that we used for morning coffee. Overall, great location, excellent communication from Drew, would be perfect for a family retreat or big group of friends."

"We enjoyed two nights away with family and friends to unwind before heading back to work for the New Year. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. We are already discussing booking it in the summer for fishing, kayaking, etc. "

"The listing is absolutely spot on, wonderful cabin, fireplace was wonderful and the hot tub, plus the linens were great as well as the kitchen amenities, A mint on the pillows was a nice touch, so were the fresh eggs. The TV and Blu-ray plaver along with the selection of movies was very nice. Our weekend getaway alone was perfect here, and the dogs loved laying in front of the fireplace and playing with the toys. We will definately be back!!! Thank you!!!!"
