Small is beautiful! This cozy holiday home may not be large, but it is fully equipped and centrally located in the popular seaside resort of Zoutelande. From this accommodation you are within a few minutes' walk on the beach with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. In this accommodation you enter the simple kitchen that is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, both Senseo and filter coffee maker and a kettle, but does not have a dishwasher. When you walk through the house you will find a compact dining table with 2 chairs next to the spiral staircase. At the back of the house is a double sofa near the television and you walk through to the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Via the stairs you reach the upper floor where there is a large bedroom over the entire floor. The bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200cm) that together form a double bed. There is a bedside table with lighting on both sides and there is a chest of drawers plus clothes rack to store your clothes. Through the kitchen you step into the spacious, south-facing backyard (20m2). The holiday home is located at the back of the garden of a house, but the garden is separated by a fence and is therefore very private. In the garden there is a luxurious lounge set and a storage box for the cushions. There is also a garden table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Bicycles brought along can be stored in the garden shed. Are you taking your four-legged friends along to Zoutelande? Which can! Because 2 pets are allowed in this accommodation. One free parking space is available at the house. Hartje Zoutelande, that is the place where this accommodation offers you the perfect base. A holiday on the beach, exploring all the culinary and shopping offerings of this beautiful village. Within 300 meters you are on the beach, at 200 meters you are in the center. From Zoutelande you can reach all the hot spots by car in a short time.
