"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. "Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

"Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."

"The junior suite was spacious and adequate size for 3 adults. Great bathroom facilities and comfy beds. Check in and out was very easy. There’s a kitchen downstairs you can get cups etc from and staff available in the office for extra towels or queries. The breakfast in Brød was really good value too. Safe location next to a range of restaurants. "

A pleasant surprise

"A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great ambience, making for a very comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. One of the highlights was the bar staff, who were friendly, attentive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only minor issue was with housekeeping – while the room was clean, I did have to request that the floor be swept more carefully due to some blonde hair left behind. However, this was quickly addressed, and I have no other complaints. Overall, an excellent stay, and I would definitely return!"
