"Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. "

"Stay &Play is perfect as there was so much for the kids to do and the adults in the group to play with them. I think we created some core memories- the game room in the garage could be better with a space heater but the basement kept them occupied or we may go back in the summer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Kitchen and bedrooms were great except bedroom #4 only has 3 beds but loved loved the sunroom and its heater and watching the snow. Best neighborhood ever and responsive host!"

"Our stay was in the superb, pleasant, clean, spacious home truly facilitated our family getting ready for going out to the extended family event in the area. Upon our arrival the home was warm and welcoming. Warm comfortable beds and lovely rooms refreshed us after our long drive. The well-appointed kitchen made our breakfast together cordial and fun. "This house was great for our trip. Thank you for all the tips on where to go with the kids, I think they enjoyed the hot tub more than anything. The house was clean and very kid friendly, meaning there weren’t trinkets and glass decorations everywhere. "The home has been updated with new appliances and decor and was a great space for us. It was clean and well-stocked with all the basic items you would need for an extended stay. "The location is walkable and wonderful in the heart of Oakley central in Cincinnati. The area was safe and easy to navigate.
