"This is a lovely house. It was ideal for the family gathering we had which included 8 adults and 5 kids aged 3 to 16. The pool is great and looks in real life exactly as on the pictures and so does the rest of the outside facilities. Overall the property is very clean, the bedrooms are nicely sized and all have their own bedrooms. The owner and the property manager are very responsive. I would go back there in heartbeat !"

"Just home from 2 weeks at this lovely villa - it is immaculate, spacious and one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and garden are perfect. Lovely quiet location, car essential for driving to all that Istria has to offer. Boris and family were so welcoming with lovely home grown vegetables, home made jam and drinks. "Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

"The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too....

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante et moderne villa d’Istrie. Au calme, pas très loin de la mer (il faut tout de même une voiture pour s'y rendre). La villa est moderne, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, tout est présent pour passer des vacances agréables et tout confort !!! La piscine est géniale !!!! Les propriétaires restent joignables par téléphone en cas de besoin, nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille. Merci à Suzana et Tony"

"We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! We were expecting a villa clean and change of bed linen during our stay but this did not happen. Towels and...

"Durch die abgelegene Lage des Hauses, war außer den üblichen Geräuschen des ländlichen Lebens nicht viel zu hören. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und alle grösseren Städte sind in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einwandfrei. Das einzige was wünschenswert gewesen wäre, eine Gästemappe mit nützlichen Informationen bei Ankunft zum Haus wie W-LAN, Aktivitäten oder Restaurants der Umgebung. "
