The hotel is in Terminal 2 (T2), at the north end of the Arrivals level (when walking from T1 to T2, turn left when you reach T2, and the hotel is on the right after 100 meters just past the police office). Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
