"Good stay, clean room "

"great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu. "

"It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there. "

"Before our stay, the hotel staff responded very quickly to questions by email to the property. What impressed me the most was the shuttle bus driver. He was very patient and helpful when we had to have an emergency room stop before we checked in at the hotel. The hotel is older but our room was comfortable and clean. "
