House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again."

"My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition...

They did not disappoint. We hot tubbed most of the night and then sat around the fire. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were wishing we could have stayed longer. "

I had to buy towels due to i couldnt find any in the house. After the first day i decided to look in the dryer and there was towels. Overall the host was super nice."
