"Who ever was cleaning kept slamming doors at 7:30am until we checked out at 11am. It was 3am when I went to check in and I had to wait over 5 minutes with no one coming to check us in. I had to call the desk to get someone so I could get checked in. "

"Great experience even with a maintenance issue. We did have an issue with room 425 having no working shower and very weak water pressure in the toilet. This was not discovered until later in the evening. The front desk was very helpful. Moving rooms was mad possible to the room one door down. Maintenance did arrive the very next morning. We completely understand it being the weekend that maintenance is probably only on call. I would suggest though that when they have a service call, you have the following protocol in place: 1. Have some sort of identification tag or such on the employee's person. 2. Have a way to notify the room guest that maintenance is on sight, and would like to come up for repairs. It was a bit startling for my daughter to have a strange man enter her room as she was sleeping. She did hear him knock, but did not have time to answer the door before he came in himself. Thank you for your prompt response though. Your front desk staff for all your shifts were friendly, helpful, and professional."
