"The hotel is in the perfect location - near to the train station and the city centre. Our room was a good size, bed was comfy, and there was a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was great. "The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. "I was allocated a room on the 11th floor so the view from My bedroom window of the city was amazing, even at night as all the street lights came on. The location of the Hotel was ideal for Me as it meant I was able to walk to the Basel football shopping centre in 15 minutes and to the Rhine river and hills which surround the city. "Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to...

Beautiful Basel Break
