Victoria Falls through the mists in the low season. Seeing the famed Victoria falls from the Zimbabwe side was something that had been on my bucketlist since way before I even knew what a bucketlist was. I never really thought I would make it to Africa but often dreamed of it. I just put up my blog post about my experience there. "This is more of a guest house than a lodge. Accommodations are basic, which is why the label of "lodge" is perhaps a little misleading. Like many things in Zimbabwe, this place has several things that are broken, which didn't make it an awful stay, but when added up, they detract from the overall quality of the establishment.
