"There was no hotel staff on the site, the entire hotel was manned by a computer which made it feel a little less safe and less helpful. The hotel room was clean and included a gallon jug of fresh drinking water which was appreciated. However I selected a room with three twin beds and was given a room with a full and a twin bed, which was fine but without staff to talk to it was difficult to fix the problem."

"While I understand that this is a budget hotel and I never expect too much to begin with, the hotel looks very aged and the rooms too. Fairly large room but still aged. Even the towels are old, must have been used for quite some time. Location is fine, sort of in the middle of Zhongli Train Station and the Zhongli Night Market."
