"an absolutely terrible experience. It started when we were asked if we'd pre-ordered breakfast, we asked for something simple, rolls and coffee. we were shown to our rooms, old towels littered the floor. The rooms were small, had an unpleasant stale odour and were not ensuite. I had a hand bowl but no soap. after returning from a meal at 11pm I couldn't get to sleep as there was a bridge evening downstairs and the noise combined with an over zealous use of a microphone was unbearable. "Short stay so just expected a good night’s sleep, which we didn’t get due to hot room, uncomfortable bed and smoking outside the room. Shame as nice hotel otherwise. "

Excellent hotel

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "
