"an absolutely terrible experience. It started when we were asked if we'd pre-ordered breakfast, we asked for something simple, rolls and coffee. we were shown to our rooms, old towels littered the floor. The rooms were small, had an unpleasant stale odour and were not ensuite. I had a hand bowl but no soap. after returning from a meal at 11pm I couldn't get to sleep as there was a bridge evening downstairs and the noise combined with an over zealous use of a microphone was unbearable.
